Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, driving sales and business development, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring consistently high service standards. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and increase branch profitability.
Manage key accounts as determined by management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
Visit project sites to monitor progress, maintain relationships, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor branch financial performance, including budgets, expenses, cash flow, and revenue.
Attend meetings related to project initiation and administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operational activities.
Identify opportunities for business growth and implement initiatives to improve branch performance.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, high performance, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
N6 qualification.
Relevant professional certifications will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous Syspro experience.
Valid driver’s licence.
3–5 years’ experience in Product Management.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Proven experience in Operations Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Team Leadership.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

BTech, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field will be advantageous.
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in materials coordination, stores, inventory control or supply chain environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 qualification.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing environment.
Experience within the mining, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of procurement principles, contract management and supplier relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP or procurement systems, preferably SAP or a similar system.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in document, cost and payment administration.
