Senior CCTV Team Lead

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a Senior CCTV Team Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end security system solutions, including CCTV, access control, alarm, and turnstile installations, maintenance, and support. The role ensures the effective design, configuration, and performance of integrated security and networking systems while leading technical teams, providing client training, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technicians and oversee installation teams.
• Design security, CCTV, and related telecom/network infrastructure solutions and specifications.
• Install CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and turnstiles end-to-end.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and turnstiles.
• Configure and program CCTV systems, IP cameras, and access control systems.
• Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis on system issues.
• Provide end-user training following installations and service work.
• Complete formal system handovers with clients upon project completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and support their system requirements.

Qualification and Must have's:

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Valid driver’s licence
• PSIRA registered
• Relevant industry experience required
• Ability to maintain a low repeat call-out rate
• High level of accuracy and technical proficiency
• Ability to complete work accurately and within required timeframes
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness and ability to travel
