Responsibilities and Experience:
- Proven experience in construction and project scheduling, with MEP and data centre scheduling considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Primavera P6, CCS, or similar planning software.
- Hands-on experience with construction methodologies and sequencing of common project scope items.
- Ability to develop logical sequences of activities with appropriate relationships to produce realistic and contractually achievable programmes.
- Strong understanding of contractual time entitlement and its application across various contract types.
- Knowledge of estimating and determining activity durations, including interfaces required to deliver project scope.
- Experience in earned value management and developing measurable, quantifiable schedule activities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of JBCC contract conditions, particularly Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including methodologies for analysing delays and demonstrating programme impacts using approved scheduling software.
