Financial Services Manager – East Rand

Our client seeks an experienced manager to lead its shared services finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashbook and Finance Administration.
• Review, financial reports, cash flow forecasts and foreign exchange needs.
• Ensure compliance and meet agreed service deadlines.
• Lead and develop staff, improve processes and identify cost savings.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks and statutory bodies.

Requirements:
• Finance degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years’ experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Financial Services.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SAICA articles, shared services experience and knowledge of JDE and Hyperion would be advantageous.
