Job Title:

Mining Project Manager

Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking an experienced Mining Project Manager to oversee and manage drilling operations within a heavy mining environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with operational goals, timelines, and safety standards on-site. 

Minimum Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in contract mining
• Proven experience in a Mining Project Manager role
• Strong expertise in project management within a drilling-heavy mining environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project phases, resources, and stakeholders

Area/Travel: 

• Based in Namibia
• Site located between Omaruru and Uis in the north-west region

Qualification/ Skills: 

• Mechanical qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate)
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
