Front of House Administrator/ Receptionist

Job Purpose:

Our client, based in Montague gardens and within the Retail/online sales industry,is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing face-to-face assistance when customers arrive to collect stock. The role includes handling incoming calls, ensuring all queries are managed efficiently and directed appropriately, as well as performing general administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and organisation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or client-facing role
  • Confident in engaging with customers both in person and telephonically
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualification :
  • Completed Senior Certificate - Matric
