Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Assist with process mapping and end-to-end workflow documentation.
- Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams during solution design and implementation.
- Assist with change management and user communication initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering preferred).
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
- Solid analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 office days per week).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
