Our client is seeking a professional Operational Manager to increase profitability and minimise risk through effective controls, strategic planning, and operational management within the Silo Operations Department.
Experienced In:
- Effective management of operational activities
- Staff management and leadership
- Risk management and mitigation
- Financial management
- Project management
- Extensive experience within the grain industry
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 and a relevant Diploma or Degree
- Completed grain grading courses.
- Valid driver’s licence.
