Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, trade shows, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while managing sales cycles of 6–18 months.
  • Present tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and securing high-value contracts.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for design and sustainability.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
