Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, trade shows, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while managing sales cycles of 6–18 months.
- Present tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and securing high-value contracts.
- Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for design and sustainability.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
